WissKI makes it possible to suggest terms already entered into the system when filling an entry mask. For example, as soon as you enter a name in the "Collector" field, all the names already entered are called up in alphabetical order. The meaning and configuration of the field determined by the modelling (Chapter 3) determines what is to be entered in a field. For example, you can access a specific pool of data instances (in this case, persons). Here, the field "Collector" is created in such a way that the entries refer to a person instance. For this reason, the system does not propose object numbers or city names here.
If the term to be entered is not yet contained in the proposals, it is stored in the system when the data record is saved and appears in the list of proposed terms the next time you edit it.
